04.21.11 - The Wirral, Liverpool, United Kingdom - Jenni took us around the Wirral on our last full day in Liverpool. It's the peninsula to the west of the city center and it changes dramatically as you drive across it. We stopped for ice cream and shrimp at Parkgate and for the beach and fish and chips at West Kirby.

The marina. There's a paved ring about 200 meters around the marina and on good days people walk out along it. From the shore it has a really surreal feel because it looks like the people are walking on water.
Nicholls ice cream in Parkgate is a good time.
