Blackhawks Stanley Cup Parade
06.28.13 - Chicago, Illinois - You might have heard that a little known team called the Chicago Blackhawks won the 2013 Stanley Cup. Well, that championship team was in town to celebrate their second title in three years in Grant Park. When I arrived at work in the morning, fans were filing in from the Metra and L stations around the Loop and walking with their replica cups in preparation and anticipation of the downtown party.
Here's to repeating in 2014!

Camping
06.08.13 - Plymouth, Wisconsin - Camping has become an essential part of my summers since I went to Boston University. In part because I feel a need to flee my urban environment and "get away from it all". Also because I'm addicted to REI and somehow I have to justify dropping my hard earned cash on titanium backpacking pots.
The last two summers I've got up with Jonathan, Andy and Nelson (and friends) to Kettle Moraine State Park near Plymouth, Wisconsin. It's pretty, low key and given our foodie tendencies the food we make is pretty off the chain.
Best,
Will

May - Shooting from the Hip
05.01.13 - Chicago, Illinois - After the wedding things were a little slow around here as the flowers started to pop up and Spring finally sprung. Below is a little of what I saw walking around Chicago, camera in tow.
