Marathon Monday (from a truck)

04.20.09 - Per the Herald's request, I spent Marathon Monday (the greatest holiday ever invented in the world, hands down) on the women's truck shooting the leaders and eventual winners of the marathon. Watching a 26.2 mile race for the entirity is intense to say the least and a highly recommended way to take in any long distance race.

I was cheering for the American Kara Goucher of Oregon who faded in the last quarter mile to be overtaken by Kenyan Salina Kosgei and Ethiopian Dire Tune.

Thanksgiving Football

11.27.08 - Needham/Framingham, Mass. - I shot two football games for the Herald on Turkey Day. The first was the 121st meeting between Wellesley and Needham, the oldest high school football rivalry in the nation. The second was Natick v. Framingham. Framingham and Needham won.
